LANCE PERKINS

F&B STRATEGY AND PARTNERSHIP CONSULTANT 

Lance has over 35 years of experience within the hospitality industry, working in all sectors of the industry, including style bars, private members clubs, restaurants and hotels. His career has been a truly global one, living in seven different countries and working across all major markets. 

Starting in operations and holding every role both BOH and FOH, Lance has experienced all areas of the business and has a unique insight into what makes brands successful. Working with great operators like Gaucho Restaurants, EDITION Hotels and most recently Ennismore Hotels. 

As a bit of an opening specialist, Lance has opened 20 hotels and 20+ restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Which put him in a good place to take on the role of VP of F&B Operations and Partnerships at Ennismore, where he headed up global operations and partnerships for Hoxton and the other 14 hotel brands for partnerships. 

After five very successful years at Ennismore, in terms of openings and P&L maximization, Lance has moved into the consultancy arena, as a specialist in F&B strategy and partnership advisory.
